About us

Our company started by Mr. Leopoldo Manolito A Eluna as a simple Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Company way back 2004. He started the business to cater for repairs and installation of Air-conditioning units and Refrigeration systems in residential and offices at that time. Eventually the company then started to get a breakthrough in the construction field. Even though faced-off with experienced contractors, the company managed to land a contract with MGS CONSTRUCTION INC

 

In April 2012 Mr. Leopoldo Manolito A. Eluna Founded Vondesher Builders Incorporated. Registered the business into a Corporation in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fireprotection works (MEPFS).

 

The Company, since 2012 have been providing and will provide superior and utmost quality of services that we can offer. As time tested of our completed projects in the industry of MALLS, HIGHRISE CONDO UNITS, RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, HOTELS and more. We continue to do our very best in all of our projects. And with our background and list of accomplished projects, We assure our clients that we put the very best of our talents in all of our projects.
